This position is responsible for gathering and analyzing business data and leading a team of available resources when consulting with business managers, end-users and IT development staff. They must have the ability to lead and conduct software and application guidance and analyze automation/change opportunities with the business units. Participate in development as well as provide application program testing and quality assurance within the IT department. Must have knowledge and be accountable for several of the following; quoting, websites, financial/general ledger, ISO/Bureau reporting, forms application, policy, agency and claims management systems.
Performs other related duties as required and assists with special projects.
