Gather and analyze business data and user needs by working with both business managers and end-users as well as the IT development staff. Participate in the development of business requirements, as well as provide application program testing and quality assurance within the IT department. May be responsible for one or more of the following; quoting websites, financial/general ledger, bureau/ISO reporting, forms application, policy, agency and claims management systems.
Performs other related duties as required and assists with special projects.
