This position is responsible for investigating, evaluating and the resolution of moderate to the largest and/or most complex claims within the company. The position is also responsible for the appropriate selection and effective management of outside vendors including controlling expenses. Must also be self motivated, have strong planning and organizational skills, and require little supervision. Other functions may include providing day-to-day mentoring, technical guidance, and training to other claim handlers and filling in for supervisors as needed. This employee can work remote and report to the Fairfield office.
