The Senior Testing Analyst (STA) leads successful testing efforts across projects, initiatives, and other assignments. They partner with others across our business units and IT to assist with the elicitation and analysis of business requirements in order to ensure the understanding of those requirements across the assigned testing team. The STA uses that knowledge to determine optimal methods to test functions and systems to ensure they meet the documented and approved requirements. They will lead development, documentation, and execution of detailed Use Case Scenarios and Test Scripts as requested for various projects and change requests, sometimes mentoring less experienced TA’s through the process. The STA will become a functional expert on one or more applications and business areas such as quoting websites, financial/general ledger, bureau/ISO reporting, forms applications, policy, agency and claims management systems, etc. Detail orientated ability to communicate clearly and excellent collaboration skills are essential to success in this role.
