This position is responsible for conducting field inspections and the investigation, evaluation and resolution of minor to large claims. Other functions may include providing day-to-day mentoring, technical guidance, and training to other claim handlers. Requires minimal day-to-day supervision.

US-CA-Fairfield

Participates in the design, planning and management of the information systems architecture to support the business needs and goals of GeoVera Holdings, Inc. Under the direction of the Sr. Solutions Architect and/or IT management designs, creates, communicates and maintains architectural diagrams. Participates in the definition of technical standards for all information technology systems and infrastructure as requested. Ensures conformance of system designs to defined architecture standards and models. Provides technical direction and advice to all Information Technology staff as requested. Works with all business and technical staff, typically within cross-functional teams, and interacts with external vendors.

US-CA-Fairfield

Our Director, IT Development directs and coordinates software development activities including custom development, web-based user interface design, support of commercial applications and middleware, interfaces, etc. In addition, this role has responsibility for database administration as well as operational reporting, data feeds and downloads.

 

Key to success for this role is strong partnering and collaboration with this role’s counterpart Directors in the IT organization. IT Directors have full responsibility for all development activities throughout the enterprise. Each has specific focus areas as well as areas of overlap which will benefit from skilled partnering and collaboration expertise.

 

The successful candidate will have substantial experience with application development, change management, data feeds, database administration concepts, UI design and project management. Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills are essential in this flexible and fast-paced environment.

US-CA-Fairfield

This position is responsible for investigating, evaluating and the resolution of moderate to the largest and/or most complex claims within the company. The position is also responsible for the appropriate selection and effective management of outside vendors including controlling expenses. Must also be self motivated, have strong planning and organizational skills, and require little supervision. Other functions may include providing day-to-day mentoring, technical guidance, and training to other claim handlers and filling in for supervisors as needed

US-TX-Remote

The Marketing Manager has primary responsibility for developing, maintaining and managing the distribution system for GeoVera Specialty’s insurance products in Texas, in accordance with Company goals, policies and procedures. The Marketing Manager creates and manages clear channels of communication between GeoVera Specialty and the assigned agents in order to maximize business opportunities.  The Marketing Manager keeps abreast of the strengths and weaknesses of the competition and communicates these to the Company, as well as recommended ways to capitalize on opportunities. The Marketing Manager reports directly to the GeoVera Specialty Sales Executive.
